The Santa Fe Symphony is thrilled to again partner with the Santa Fe Institute for this new educational series—SCIENCE OF SOUND!
Episode 1: Experiments at Home features Santa Fe Institute Professor Cris Moore and his daughter, Rosemary, as they check in with our Principal Tubist, Richard Antoine "R.A.W. Tuba" White to learn about musical science concepts—and they even do an experiment at home! This new series will be distributed to teachers in Santa Fe Public Schools as a tool for music education during at-home learning.
Episode 2: Experiments at Home goes behind the scenes with the violin and cello during an at-home experiment with Santa Fe Institute Professor Cris Moore, Symphony Violinist Carla Kountoupes and her son and cellist, Joaquin Kountoupes.
Episode 3: The latest episode of our Experiments at Home goes behind the scenes with The Sympony's Principal Clarinetist Lori Lovato!
